CONCERT: Saturday Evening starting at 8 pm,

At the time of registration, and throughout the event we will be selling raffle tickets for great prizes to be drawn during the awards banquet Sunday afternoon at 1:30 pm. The event will be flighted for both the team and the individual competition. Prizes awarded to all flight winners.
$235.00 per person, individual team registration includes:
- 54 holes of golf, golf carts and range balls included.
- Friday and Saturday night lodging (2 rooms, double occupancy).
- 4 tickets to the concert Saturday night in the events center.
- Welcome gift bag.
- 1 meal per player at Robert’s Buffet and banquet awards dinner on Sunday.
$2,500 Team/Corporate Sponsor includes:
- 4-some, 54 holes of golf, golf carts and range balls included.
- Friday and Saturday night lodging (4 rooms, both nights).
- 8 tickets to the show Friday night in the events center.
- Welcome gift bag.
- 1 meal per player at Robert’s Buffet and banquet awards dinner on Saturday.
- Meet and Greet in the VIP Lounge Friday evening (cocktails provided!!!).
$3,500 Hero Survivor Family Sponsor includes:
- You get a 4-some and all the other amenities included in the 2,500 Team/Corporate sponsorship. But with this option you can sponsor one of the many surviving families or effected co-workers to have a 4-some participate in this event, and they will also be provided the same amenities as offered at the $2,500 level. You will be recognized for this at the Awards Banquet and introduced to the family, unless you request to stay anonymous. Please refer to the following list and note the Officer’s Family/co-workers you would like to sponsor.
