Officer John Flynn, our Keynote Speaker, with the NYPD will be speaking about his personal experience losing 23 officers on 9/11.
Des Moines Police Officer Nick Lloyd will be speaking about his experience of nearly losing his life in the line of duty.
Amanda Buenting, widow of Rockwell City Police Officer Jamie Buenting, will speak of her experience losing her beloved husband, killed in the line of duty in Sept 2013.
Retired Iowa State Patrol Captain Doug Mollenhauerwill speak of his experience with the loss of Trooper Mark Toney, killed in the line of duty in Sept 2011.
Our Emcees for the night will be local TV PersonalitiesLou Sipolt Jr. and Suzet Nelson from KCWI TV 23 and the Great Day show.
